“We just wanted to reach out to you and your team to express our gratitude. It has been such an easy, straightforward and hassle-free process to design our extension all the way through to building control. We had no idea how to submit plans to building control but Ben and Jamie-Lee made the journey incredibly easy for us. We might have been lucky with planning but we found the experience an exciting one, especially on the day permission was granted.
There wasn’t going to be an extension if we couldn’t have four bedrooms and two bathrooms from what was originally a two bed end of terrace period cottage. I wanted to work with an Architect who would be sympathetic to the original cottage and include everything required to make the project feasible. By working alongside Ben we were able to meet all objectives and the planning permission was granted a few weeks later.
We loved using the mobile app that Domestic Designs uploads their plans to because it made explaining what we were doing to friends, family and builders so much easier. It was good to remind ourselves of the plans and check everything looks and feels correct before committing to the build.
