It has been such an easy, straightforward and hassle-free process to design our extension all the way through to building control. We had no idea how to submit plans to building control but Ben and Jamie-Lee made the journey incredibly easy for us. We might have been lucky with planning but we found the experience an exciting one, especially on the day permission was granted.

There wasn’t going to be an extension if we couldn’t have four bedrooms and two bathrooms from what was originally a two bed end of terrace period cottage. I wanted to work with an Architect who would be sympathetic to the original cottage and include everything required to make the project feasible. By working alongside Ben we were able to meet all objectives and the planning permission was granted a few weeks later.

“Choosing Ben and his team as our Architects was undoubtedly the best decision we made on our building project. Ben took on board our thoughts when coming up with his initial design but then also offered some alternatives during our first review. The design was a collaborative process and having the plans easily accessible online gave us plenty of time to fully digest before the final design was signed off and put forward for planning approval. We had a rather unusual double storey front extension so Ben and Jamie-Lee’s knowledge of what would or wouldn’t get passed saved us a lot of time.
